Feature Requests

I wish there was an OpenAI Assistant for each channel ( https://platform.openai.com/assistants ) to avoid tedious configuration and have the bot act automatically. Something similar to what the Board Support app has. (screenshots attached).

Use case: A company uses human customer service representatives during business hours, but wants to provide basic support to customers 24/7. The chatbot would be scheduled to activate when the workday ends for the customer service representatives, and deactivate when the workday begins the next morning.

Ability to set default bot language for responses/chat UI.

Ability to customize the system prompt of the bot.

Global variable = reusability and synchronization of specific information. Default variable, e.g current time and date.
