Current Start block has options like start with but trigger block doesn't. Can we add 'start with' option in trigger block as well

This feature will allow customer support teams to receive incoming emails directly in the ChatMaxima Shared Inbox and respond to them from within the platform. This integration aims to streamline support processes and improve efficiency by centralizing communication channels.

Ability to turn on/off and customize/upload custom sound (limited by duration + file type + size)

The level of finding the page for customizing the bot is too deep, please make it more prominent.
